Toronto Dress Rental: Your Favourite Dresses is Your New Rentable Closet | The Lady-like Leopard Blog by Melina Morry

When it comes to fancier frocks, a lot of us have a hard time committing. If you thought committing to a gel polish for 2 weeks was tough, try a Self Portrait dress that you know you’re only going to wear once. However, you don’t have to worry about your purchase phobia any longer. (Yes, it’s a real thing.) A fabulous Toronto dress rental biz just opened its online doors to solve all your purchasing problemos.

Your Favourite Dresses allows you to rent a spectacular outfit, look amazing for your event and then easily return everything! It costs a fraction of what a new dress would cost plus it’s not going to take up precious space in your closet. (We all know that extra room is saved for your ever-expanding collection of white shirts.)

Personally, I’m obsessed with the idea of being able to rent a new dress for each event that I go to. For us bloggers, our wardrobes can seem like they’re forever shrinking—with there being so many photos documenting our every #OOTD down to the time and date that we wore them.

So, if you’re ready to look fresh and fab everywhere you go, Your Favourite Dresses is for you.

Your Favourite Dresses is Your New Fave Toronto Dress Rental—and Here’s Why

First of all, Your Favourite Dresses makes it super easy to look your best. It’s pretty simple—just Rent, Wear and Return. And if you see a dress that you love but you’re not sure you’ll love it on your body, there’s the Try On option! Second, they’re really doing you a favour. I mean, saving you money on your outfit so that you’ll have more to spend on your favourite cocktails? That’s what I call a true act of charity.

They have a top-notch selection of dresses for every occasion, too. Invited to 3 weddings this summer? You can be the best dressed guest. Want to look amazing for your boyfriend’s Christmas party? Try this one. Or maybe you just want to look extra-fierce for your next girls night out? Whatever it is, Your Favourite Dresses has you covered.

At the end of the night, Your Favourite Dresses is helping women look fabulous, they’re keeping garments out of landfills by being a sustainable company and they’re helping bring the fun back into your extravagant ensembles. What’s not to love? Oh, and another bonus: You don’t need to worry about dry cleaning. They’ve got that covered too.

How does the ‘Try On’ service work?

If you’re not confident that the dress is going to look stunning on you, you can utilize the Try On option to, you know, try it on before your event. The Try On option costs $30 and shipping is free! So, you’ll get the dress sent to you and then you’ll have 24 hours to put it on, walk around, check yourself out in the mirror—and then send it back in its pre-paid envelope!

Just a heads up though: All Try On dresses are sent with their tags still attached. If you decide to wear the dress, you can take the tag off. If the tags are removed and you didn’t wear it, it’ll be considered as ‘worn’ and you’ll be charged the full rental price.

Ultimately, with Your Favourite Dresses, you really can have your cake and eat it too—while looking like a million bucks. After all, no one wants to be known as an outfit repeater for wearing the same look over and over. Check out more from Your Favourite Dresses here.
