T SPHERES REVIEW | The best massage balls for on-the-go stress relief (and a hangover helper)

t spheres review - the lady-like leopard

If you want to know how accurate my T Spheres review is, you should know that I’m using them as we speak. Or, as I type I guess I should say. The essential oils is making my apartment smell like a spa and the balls are working their magic on my back – handsfree! That’s a little trick I’ve learned. Put the balls in between your back and chair and there you have it! Your very own DIY massage chair.

I discovered the magic of T Spheres through my editing gig with Vane Airport Magazine. We’re including them in Vane’s sister project, On The Fly Box – an essential travel kit with everything you need on a flight. Obviously, T Spheres had to be in there.

I’ve been using T Spheres for a couple weeks now. You know, working out all those knots. But now it’s time to tell you about them. Unfortunately, they can’t be my best kept secret any longer.

T SPHERES REVIEW | On-the-go stress relief (and a hangover helper)

Okay, you’re probably aware that massage has a lot of benefits for your body. Right? And, true, it’s better to have your hot boyfriend give you a massage but when he’s not around you’ve got to make do with what you’ve got. T Spheres make it super easy for you to give yourself a five star massage.

They’re also perfect for traveling and even come in their own travel-ready bag. How convenient (not to mention, stylish) is that? They’re definitely coming with me on my next flight. (Maybe in a couple months when I head back to Sydney?) Inside the chic travel bag comes two self-massage ‘tools’ and a mini spray bottle of pure essential oils. It sounds simple, but that’s really all you need.

One of my favourite things about T Spheres is that they can soothe and calm swelling from hangovers. Not that I have as many hangovers as I did in my early 20s but still, it’ll come in pretty handy whenever I decide to have a rowdy night. All you’ve got to do is put your T Spheres in the freezer for 30 mins in a zip bag and you’ve got a chilly way to relieve hangovers, migraines and sinusitis.

You can also use your T Spheres warm! Just put them in boiling water for a few minutes and you’re good to go.

Overall, I think T Spheres are a great, portable and easy way to relieve stress on-the-go. To find out more about T Spheres and buy your own set, check out their website here.
